When will I get my order?

We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. Please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping on orders of $80 or more is free in Australia and will be shipped via Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $80, delivery costs within Australia will be a flat rate of $7.

Can I send my order overseas?

Orders placed on our Australian website, ginutrihealth.com.au, can only be delivered to an Australian address.

If you are ordering from overseas or intend to deliver overseas, please contact info@ginutrihealth.com.au with your order requirements to determine total cost.

Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked via Australia Post using the tracking number received via your Order Despatch email or, if you checked out as a registered customer, you can check within the “My Orders” page of your account. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder.
